Mission

The concept of SPS comes from the ability to utilize a multi-system approach to problem-solve.  Movement development is the backbone of this concept, and it is seen as a potential solution for you.

Movement development will be totally different for each individual, but what makes each system similar are the principles they share.

Performance is the result of adaptations throughout the development phase. To perform well, you must prepare well. Calculated preparation will increase your chances of improvement in performance.

Keep in mind that to progress movement, appropriate stress must be applied. This means that the regulation of stress and how it is manipulated is critical to elicit the desired adaptations.

Through individualized systems, we manipulate variables and principles underlying movement to best prepare for performance. That’s the fundamental concept behind the SPS multi-system approach.
