    Sports performance training is for competitive athletes and those serious about optimizing specific sport performance indicators (speed, power, agility, resilience).

After all is said and done you will be given a written summarization of findings, exercises and stretches to do to decrease susceptibility to injury.

    Returning athletes to competitive play requires a whole-body approach. Not just treating/training isolated said injury instead taking a look at the whole body and intensifying athletes training variables to improve capacity. Doing so will improve athletes confidence and performance.

SPS will first conduct a full-body athletic assessment consisting of muscle testing and passive range of motion testing to rule out any restrictions and dysfunctions. After said assessment you will be given a written summarizations of findings, exercise and stretches to do to improve running economy.
  • Looking to start training and not sure where to start? SPS has you covered and will meet you where you are. If you’re interested in personal training to stay healthy, lose a few pounds, increase muscular tone and/or just want to feel confident, SPS will cater to your needs and create the perfect training environment for you and your needs.
  • Want to improve your snatch or clean and jerk and/or start competing in the sport? SPS will be programming for those who are interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
  • Suffering from a chronic injury, tightness and/or pain? SPS will first listen to clients complaints and history followed by an assessment and manual therapy to best treat said dysfunction. Soft-tissue treatments include myo-fascial cupping, sports massage, passive stretching, IASTM techniques and kinesio-taping.
