10 years of experience and a longstanding student of sports medicine, sports performance, and longevity principles as it pertains to health. My current training regime for myself entails competitive Olympic weightlifting.

My diverse background and continued study allow for a broad-based understanding and appreciation for physiology.  As a strength and conditioning coach, I have altered and manipulated the physiology and psychology of my athletes, clients, and patients, as well as myself. As a student of strength, not only do I practice what I teach, but I also strive to be up to date with current literature. I ensure effective communication of ideas, methods, and techniques for my clients; I take pride in being transparent regarding the rationale underpinning the individualized system and in truly listening to their aspirations and concerns.

Over the course of my career, I have treated numerous patients and clients with a variety of medical histories and goals.
