  • Want to take your sport skill set to the next level? SPS will first conduct a full-body athletic assessment consisting of muscle testing and passive range of motion testing to rule out any restrictions and/or dysfunctions. You will receive a comprehensive written summarization of findings, as well as specific exercises and stretches aimed at enhancing movement and decreasing susceptibility to injury.
  • Finished with your “PT” and not sure if you’re ready to return to competition?
Returning athletes like yourself to competitive play requires a whole-body approach. SPS will first conduct a full-body athletic assessment consisting of muscle testing and passive range of motion testing to rule out any restrictions and/or dysfunctions.  This means that we will not just treat or train the isolated injury, but instead examine the whole body to identify affected links in the system that contributed to the injury. This deeper understanding will assist in improving your confidence and performance upon return.
  • Not sure if you’re running correctly and/or want to learn required techniques to increase speed and efficiency? SPS will first conduct a full-body athletic assessment consisting of muscle testing and passive range of motion testing to rule out any restrictions and/or dysfunctions. After this assessment, you will be given a comprehensive written summarization of findings, exercises and stretches to improve running economy and speed.
  • Looking to start training and not sure where to start? SPS has you covered and will meet you where you are. If you’re interested in personal training to stay healthy, lose a few pounds, increase muscular tone, and/or just want to feel confident, SPS will cater to your needs to create the perfect training environment.
  • Want to improve your snatch or clean and jerk and/or start competing in the sport? SPS provides programming for those who are interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
  • Suffering from a chronic injury, tightness and/or pain?
